Terms and Conditions
ZephAir Australia preserves the technical control of the aircraft chartered and its crew.
All persons or goods carried on board the aircraft are subject to the authority of the pilot in command and to the conditions specified by ZephAir Australia.
Passenger and equipment weights to be confirmed prior to departure, to ensure compliance with weight and balance limitations.
If the client has provided weights and these are found to be inaccurate on the day, to the point that an aircraft would be outside of safety limitations, ZephAir Australia reserves the right to cancel the flight. In such a case, 100% of the charter fee is payable by the client.
Right of refusal
ZephAir Australia reserves the right to refuse anyone on board who, in the opinion of the pilot in command, is in a state of intoxication or is not fit to fly.
Delay, interruption, cancellation or diversion by ZephAir Australia
ZephAir Australia or the pilot in command, in the event of circumstances beyond their control (aircraft defect, weather or performance limitations etc.) may:
delay, interrupt or cancel the charter
delay, interrupt or cancel a flight
may return to a starting point, or,
divert the aircraft to an intermediate point
In all such circumstances, ZephAir Australia incurs no liability and cannot be prosecuted for prejudices sustained by the charterer or others. Furthermore, in all such cases, the charterer will nonetheless pay ZephAir Australia the costs incurred.
Customer cancellation policy
No charge if cancellation occurs up to 48 hours before the agreed departure time.
50% of the total charter fee will be charged if the charter is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
100% of the charter fee is payable if the charter is cancelled less than 24 hours before the planned departure time.
Limit of liability
ZephAir Australia carries third party and passenger liability.
