International Women's Day 2021

Aviatrix Australia, supported by Townsville Flight Training, Townsville Helicopters and Zephair Australia hosted a community Open Day at Hangar 85 in support of International Women's Day.  We provided discounted joy flights in our Cessna 172, piloted by Kayley, a recent graduate of TFT, static aircraft displays where our guests had the opportunity to be hands on with our staff, students and planes, but the biggest hit of the day was the opportunity for the community to experience our FRASCA SIM.

The aim of the day was to support Women in Aviation and expose the next generation of aviators to the opportunities and facilities available here in Townsville.
